[Many of the following verses do not specifically mention the above terms, but clearly present our God as the One Who completes and perfects us. He finishes the work that He began in us.]
Genesis 26:3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you, and will bless you; for unto you, and unto your seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I swore unto Abraham your father;
Deuteronomy 9:5 Not for your righteousness, or for the uprightness of your heart, do you go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD your God does drive them out from before you, and that he may perform the word which the LORD swore unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

Hebrews 13:21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
1 Peter 1:8 Whom having not seen, you love; in whom, though now you see him not, yet believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

Revelation 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
God is the end of all that we do or are. He is our goal. He fills us up and is our sufficiency. He is the means to the end, He is our All in All. Let's let this be our focus. Let's have God be the means and the end of everything to us.
Just as a carpenter "finishes" his work by routing, sanding, and painting, God does the same for us. In our spirits, all is perfect because of Jesus’ work on the cross. But there is plenty of "finish word" to be done in our souls and bodies! What a blessing that God doesn’t leave all of that to us to do, but He is working right along side of us, guiding, strengthening and helping.
