Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, are these; 29 As for you, O king, your thoughts came into your mind upon your bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he that reveals secrets makes known to you what shall come to pass. 30 But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that you might know the thoughts of your heart.

For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestine to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Romans 11:2 God has not cast away his people which he foreknew. Know you not what the scripture says of Isaiah? how he makes intercession to God against Israel, saying, 33. O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who has known the mind of the Lord? or who has been his counselor? 35 Or who has first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen.

1 Corinthians 1:5 That in every thing you are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. 24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. 25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 30 But of him are you in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

1 Corinthians 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9 But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him. 10 But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knows the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Ghost teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 16 For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

As one sign I read said, "God loves us so much He just can't keep His eyes off of us." We can relax knowing that N-O-T-H-I-N-G takes God by surprise. God Hears us when we talk to Him. He even "Hears" our thoughts. Do we think or speak things we would be embarrassed to tell God face to face? Do we 1. neglect to talk to God, or, 2. do we doubt that He hears us when we pray? God does hear and care. His ears are open to us all the time. It is up to us call on Him. God is constantly thinking about us. We are never far from His thoughts. He remembers our good works but chooses to forget our confessed sins. Let's strive to keep our minds on Him as well. He is worthy.

Think of the thousands of prophecies in the Word. Many have already been fulfilled to the ‘t’, while many others are yet to come. They show that our God not only knows every present detail, He knows every future detail, too!

Praise God that He gives us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, etc.! Do we have any need of these in any area of our life today? Let’s ask the one who not only has these things, but is the source of them. In reality, they are the essence of His being. After all He is the God of Knowledge, the Spirit of Wisdom and the Spirit of Understanding.
