Genesis 1:29. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food. 30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every animal that creeps upon the earth, in which is life, I have given every green herb for food: and it was so.

Genesis 2:1. Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. 6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. 7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. 9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. 10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it was parted, and became into four heads.

Genesis 27:28 Therefore God give you of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of grain and wine: 39 And Isaac his father answered and said to him, Behold, your dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above;

Genesis 45:11 And there will I nourish you; for yet there are five years of famine; lest you, and your household, and all that you have, should come to poverty.

Genesis 48:15 And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God who has fed me all my life long to this day,

Exodus 16:4 Then said the LORD to Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in my law, or not. 32. And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded, Fill an omer of it to be kept for your generations; that they may see the bread with which I fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you forth from the land of Egypt.

Exodus 33:14 And he said, My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.

Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled you, and allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD does man live. 16 Who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers knew not, that he might humble you, and that he might test you, to do you good at your latter end;

Deuteronomy 25:19 Therefore it shall be, when the LORD your God has given you rest from all your enemies on all sides, in the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance to possess it, that you shall blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; you shall not forget it.

Deuteronomy 30:20 That you may love the LORD your God, and that you may obey his voice, and that you may cleave to him: for he is your life, and the length of your days: that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

Deuteronomy 32:39. See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. 40 For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live forever.

Joshua 1:13 Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God has given you rest, and has given you this land. 15 Until the LORD shall have given your brethren rest, as he has given you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your God gives them: then you shall return to the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the LORD'S servant gave you on this side of Jordan toward the sunrise. [God wants us to help each other enter into His rest.]

Joshua 21:44 And the LORD gave them rest on all sides, according to all that he swore to their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.

1 Samuel 26:19 Now therefore, I pray you, let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If the LORD has stirred you up against me, let him accept an offering: but if they are the children of men, cursed be they before the LORD; for they have driven me out this day from abiding in the inheritance of the LORD, saying, Go, serve other gods.

1 Kings 11:23 And God stirred him up another adversary, Rezon the son of Eliadah, who fled from his lord Hadadezer king of Zobah:

1 Kings 17:22 And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.

2 Kings 13:21 And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they cast the man into the sepulcher of Elisha: and when the man was let down, and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood on his feet.

1 Chronicles 5:26 And the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul king of Assyria, and the spirit of Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria, and he carried them away, even the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, and brought them to Halah, and Habor, and Hara, and to the river Gozan, to this day.

Ezra 1:5. Then arose the heads of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem.

Job 19:25 For I know that my redeemer lives, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: 26 And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God: 27 Whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.

Psalms 1:1. Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law does he meditate day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper. 4. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

Psalms 16:9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices: my flesh also shall rest in hope. 10 For you will not leave my soul in hell; neither will you permit your Holy One to see corruption. 11 You will show me the path of life: in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Psalms 17:15 As for me, I will behold your face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with your likeness.

Psalms 21:4 He asked life of you, and you gave it to him, even length of days forever and ever.

Psalms 23:2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies: you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Psalms 27:1. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.

Psalms 30:3 O LORD, you have brought up my soul from the grave: you have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

Psalms 34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusts in him. 9 O fear the LORD, you his saints: for there is no lack to them that fear him. 10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.

Psalms 36:7 How excellent is your loving kindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of your wings. 8 They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of your house; and you shall make them drink of the river of your pleasures. 9 For with you is the fountain of life: in your light shall we see light.

Psalms 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall you dwell in the land, and verily you shall be fed. 4 Delight yourself also in the LORD; and he shall give you the desires of your heart. 7. Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.

Psalms 42:1. As the hart pants after the water brooks, so my soul pants after you, O God. 2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?

Psalms 46:4 There is a river, the streams of which shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High.

Psalms 49:15. But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me.

Psalms 63:1. O God, you are my God; early will I seek you: my soul thirsts for you, my flesh longs for you in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; 2 To see your power and your glory, so as I have seen you in the sanctuary. 3. Because your loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise you. 4 Thus will I bless you while I live: I will lift up my hands in your name. 5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise you with joyful lips:

Psalms 65:9 You visit the earth, and water it: you greatly enrich it with the river of God, which is full of water: you prepare them grain, when you have so provided for it. 10 You water the ridges of it abundantly: you settle its furrows: you make it soft with showers: you bless its growth. 11 You crown the year with your goodness; and your paths drop fatness. 12 They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side. 13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with grain; they shout for joy, they also sing.

Psalms 68:26 Bless God in the congregations, even the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.

Psalms 119:20. My soul breaks for the longing that it has to your judgments at all times. 25. My soul cleaves to the dust: revive you me according to your word. 40. Behold, I have longed after your precepts: revive me in your righteousness. 88. Revive me after your loving kindness; so shall I keep the testimony of your mouth. 131. I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for your commandments. 149. Hear my voice according to your loving kindness: O LORD, revive me according to your judgment. 174 I have longed for your salvation, O LORD; and your law is my delight.

Psalms 133:1. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garment; 3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life forever.

Psalms 136:25 Who gives food to all flesh: for his mercy endures forever.

Psalms 143:6 I stretch forth my hands to you: my soul thirsts after you, as a thirsty land. Selah. 11 Revive me, O LORD, for your name's sake: for your righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.

Psalms 145:15 The eyes of all wait upon you; and you give them their food in due season. 16 You open your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living creature. 19 He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

Psalms 146:7 Who executes judgment for the oppressed: who gives food to the hungry. The LORD looses the prisoners:

Psalms 147:8 Who covers the heaven with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow upon the mountains. 9 He gives to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.

Song of Solomon 2:3. As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste. 4 He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love. [These verses speak figuratively of Jesus.]

Isaiah 26:9 With my soul have I desired you in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek you early: for when your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. 19 Your dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, you that dwell in dust: for your dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

Isaiah 28:11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. 12 To whom he said, This is the rest with which you may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

Isaiah 43:18 Remember you not the former things, neither consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. 20 The beast of the field shall honor me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon your seed, and my blessing upon your offspring: 4 And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.

Isaiah 48:6 You have heard, see all this; and will not you declare it? I have showed you new things from this time, even hidden things, and you did not know them. 7 They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when you heard them not; lest you should say, Behold, I knew them.

Isaiah 55:1. Ho, every one that thirsts, come you to the waters, and he that has no money; come you, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. 2 Why do you spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which satisfies not? hearken diligently to me, and eat you that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. 10 For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and returns not there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that proceeds from my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. 12 For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

Isaiah 58:10 And if you shall draw out your soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall your light rise in obscurity, and your darkness be as the noonday: 11 And the LORD shall guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and make fat your bones: and you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. 12 And they that shall be of you shall build the old waste places: you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. 13. If you shall turn away your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honorable; and shall honor him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words: 14 Then shall you delight yourself in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father: for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it. [As we have seen before, God wants us to do what He has promised to do for us. Let's look to satisfy others that are needy so that God may satisfy us.]

Isaiah 62:2 And the Gentiles shall see your righteousness, and all kings your glory: and you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

Isaiah 65:17. For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. 18 But be you glad and rejoice forever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. 19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.

Jeremiah 2:13 For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed out for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the LORD; because they called you an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.

Jeremiah 31:11 For the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. 12 Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for grain, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all. 13 Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow. 14 And I will abundantly satisfy the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, says the LORD. 24 And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all her cities together, farmers, and they that go forth with flocks. 25 For I have abundantly satisfied the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul. 31 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

Ezekiel 37:1. The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, 2 And caused me to pass by them around: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. 3 And he said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, you know. 4 Again he said to me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say to them, O you dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. 5 Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live: 6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I am the LORD. 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. 8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. 9 Then said he to me, Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus says the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. 11 Then he said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off on our part. 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. 13 And you shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you out of your graves, 14 And shall put my spirit in you, and you shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall you know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, says the LORD.

Ezekiel 47:1. Afterward he brought me again to the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the front of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar. 5 Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters had risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over. 6 And he said to me, Son of man, have you seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river. 7 Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other. 8 Then said he to me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed. 9 And it shall come to pass, that every thing that lives, which moves, wherever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come there: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live where the river comes. 10 And it shall come to pass, that the fishermen shall stand upon it from Engedi even to Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, very many. 11 But its miry places and its marshes shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt. 12 And by the river upon its bank, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for food, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall its fruit be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to its months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and its fruit shall be for food, and its leaf for medicine.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: 29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

Joel 3:18. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth from the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.

Haggai 1:14 And the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and performed work in the house of the LORD of hosts, their God,

Matthew 9:18. While he was speaking these things to them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay your hand upon her, and she shall live. 19 And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples. 23 And when Jesus came into the ruler's house, and saw the musicians and the people making a noise, 24 He said to them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleeps. And they laughed at him. 25 But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose.

Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest to your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Matthew 12:10 And, behold, there was a man who had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath? that they might accuse him. 13 Then said he to the man, Stretch out your hand. And he stretched it out; and it was restored as whole, as the other.

Matthew 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.

Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said to them, Verily I say to you, That you who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, you also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Matthew 20:19 And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again. 28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

Matthew 26:32 But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.

Matthew 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of saints who slept were raised, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared to many. 63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again.

Matthew 28:1. In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulcher. 2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. 3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: 4 And for fear of him the keepers shook, and became as dead men. 5 And the angel answered and said to the women, Fear you not: for I know that you seek Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. 7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there shall you see him: lo, I have told you. 9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. 10 Then said Jesus to them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. 17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.

Mark 8:23 And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw any thing. 24 And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. 25 After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.

Mark 12:25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels who are in heaven. 26 And concerning the dead, that they rise: have you not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spoke to him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? 27 He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: you therefore do greatly err.

Mark 16:14. Afterward he appeared to the eleven as they sat eating, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them who had seen him after he was risen.

Luke 1:78 Through the tender mercy of our God; with which the dayspring from on high has visited us,

Luke 7:12 Now when he came near to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and many people of the city were with her. 13 And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said to her, Weep not. 14 And he came and touched the bier: and they that bore him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say to you, Arise. 15 And he that was dead sat up, and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.

Luke 14:14 And you shall be blessed; for they cannot recompense you: for you shall be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

Luke 18:29 And he said to them, Verily I say to you, There is no man that has left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, 30 Who shall not receive much more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

Luke 24:12 Then Peter arose, and ran to the sepulcher; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which had come to pass. 15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them. 26 Ought not Christ to suffer these things, and to enter into his glory? 30 And it came to pass, as he sat eating with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and broke, and gave to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. 34 Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon. 39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit has not flesh and bones, as you see me have. 41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said to them, Have you here any thing to eat? 42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of a honeycomb. 43 And he took it, and ate before them.

John 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 12 But as many as received him, to them he gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 2:19 Jesus answered and said to them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 21 But he spoke of the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he had risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this to them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had spoken.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said to you, You must be born again. 8 The wind blows where it will, and you hear the sound of it, but can not tell where it comes from, and where it goes: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. 15 That whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 36 He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him.

John 4:10 Jesus answered and said to her, If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that says to you, Give me to drink; you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water. 13 Jesus answered and said to her, Whoever drinks of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. 32 But he said to them, I have food to eat that you know not of. 34 Jesus said to them, My food is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

John 5:21 For as the Father raises the dead, and gives life to them; even so the Son gives life to whom he will. 24 Verily, verily, I say to you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but has passed from death to life. 25 Verily, verily, I say to you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. 26 For as the Father has life in himself; so has he given to the Son to have life in himself; 28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, to the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, to the resurrection of damnation. 39 Search the scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And you will not come to me, that you may have life.

John 6:27 Labor not for the food which perishes, but for that food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give to you: for him has God the Father sealed. 32 Then Jesus said to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven, and gives life to the world. 34 Then said they to him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. 35 And Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life: he that comes to me shall never hunger; and he that believes on me shall never thirst. 39 And this is the Father's will who has sent me, that of all which he has given me I should lose nothing, but should raise them up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one who sees the Son, and believes on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. 44 No man can come to me, except the Father who has sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. 47 Verily, verily, I say to you, He that believes on me has everlasting life. 48 I am that bread of life. 49 Your fathers ate manna in the wilderness, and are dead. 50 This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that a man may eat of it, and not die. 51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man shall eat of this bread, he shall live forever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. 53 Then Jesus said to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, dwells in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father has sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eats me, even he shall live by me. 58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers ate manna, and are dead: he that eats of this bread shall live forever. 63 It is the spirit that gives life; the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak to you, they are spirit, and they are life. 68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? you have the words of eternal life. 69 And we believe and are sure that you are that Christ, the Son of the living God.

John 7:37. In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirsts, let him come to me, and drink. 38 He that believes on me, as the scripture has said, out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water.

John 8:12. Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John 10:10 The thief comes not, but to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep.

John 11:23 Jesus said to her, Your brother shall rise again. 24 Martha said to him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. 25 Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 26 And whoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Believe you this? 43 And when he had thus spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes: and his face was bound about with a cloth. Jesus said to them, Loose him, and let him go.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me. 19 Yet a little while, and the world sees me no more; but you see me: because I live, you shall live also.

John 17:2 As you have given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as you have given him. 3 And this is life eternal, that they may know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

John 20:9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. 14 And when she had thus said, she turned herself around, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. 15 Jesus said to her, Woman, why weep you? whom seek you? She, supposing him to be the gardener, said to him, Sir, if you have borne him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away. 16 Jesus said to her, Mary. She turned herself, and said to him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. 17 Jesus said to her, Touch me not; for I have not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say to them, I ascend to my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. 19. Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, Peace be to you. 20 And when he had so said, he showed to them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. 26. And after eight days again his disciples were inside, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be to you. 27 Then said he to Thomas, Reach here your finger, and behold my hands; and reach here your hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 And Thomas answered and said to him, My Lord and my God. 29 Jesus said to him, Thomas, because you have seen me, you have believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. 31 But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life through his name.

Acts 1:3 To whom also he showed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen by them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: 4 And, being assembled with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, said he, you have heard from me. 9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

Acts 2:24 Whom God has raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be held by it. 31 He seeing this before spoke of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither did his flesh see corruption. 32 This Jesus has God raised up, of which we all are witnesses.

Acts 3:15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God has raised from the dead; to which we are witnesses. 19 Repent you therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, who before was preached to you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

Acts 4:10 Be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him does this man stand here before you in good health. 33 And with great power the apostles gave witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

Acts 9:39 Then Peter arose and went with them. When he had come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them. 40 But Peter put them all out, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. 41 And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.

Acts 13:34 And as concerning that he raised him from the dead, [now] no more to return to corruption, he said in this way, I will give you the sure mercies of David. 37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.

Acts 17:25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he gives to all life, and breath, and all things;

Acts 20:9 And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, having fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell from the third loft, and was taken up dead. 10 And Paul went down, and fell on him, and embracing him said, Trouble not yourselves; for his life is in him.

Romans 1:4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

Romans 2:6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds: 7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, eternal life:

Romans 4:17. (As it is written, I have made you a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead, and calls those things which are not as though they were.

Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. 21 That as sin has reigned to death, even so might grace reign through righteousness to eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 8 Now if we are dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dies no more; death has no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died to sin once: but in that he lives, he lives to God. 11 Likewise reckon you also yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. 12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. 13 Neither yield you your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin: but yield yourselves to God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. 22 But now being made free from sin, and having become servants to God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 7:4 Therefore, my brethren, you also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that you should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit to God.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 10. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he that raised Christ from the dead shall also give life to your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you.

Romans 10:9 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.

Romans 11:15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

Romans 14:9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and the living.

Romans 15:12 And again, Isaiah said, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.

1 Corinthians 6:14 And God has both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.

1 Corinthians 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 5 And that he was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve: 6 After that, he was seen by more than five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain to this present, but some have fallen asleep. 7 After that, he was seen by James; then by all the apostles. 8 And last of all he was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time. 13 But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ is not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. 15 And indeed, we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified concerning God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not, if in fact the dead rise not. 16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: 17 And if Christ is not raised, your faith is vain; you are yet in your sins. 20. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a living spirit. 51. Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 1:9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead: 10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

2 Corinthians 3:3 Forasmuch as you are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not on tables of stone, but on fleshly tables of the heart. 6. Who also has made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit gives life.

2 Corinthians 4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be made manifest in our body. 11 For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus may be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 14 Knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus shall raise us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creation: old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

2 Corinthians 6:16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

2 Corinthians 9:10 Now may he that ministers seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

2 Corinthians 13:4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.

Galtians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Galtians 6:8 For he that sows to his flesh shall from the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall from the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Ephesians 1:20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 23 Which is his body, the fullness of him that fills all in all.

Ephesians 2:1. And you has he made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 4. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, has made us alive together with Christ, (by grace you are saved;) 6 And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Ephesians 4:24 And that you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Ephesians 5:14 Therefore he says, Awake you that sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light. 18 And be not drunk with wine, in which is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; 19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; 29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord the church:

Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable to his death; 11 If by any means I may attain to the resurrection of the dead. 21 Who shall change our lowly body, that it may be fashioned like his glorious body, according to the working by which he is able even to subdue all things to himself.

Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he may have the preeminence.

Colossians 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, in which also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead. 13. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, has he made alive together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having disarmed principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it. 19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increases with the increase of God.

Colossians 3:1. If you then were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall you also appear with him in glory. 10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

1 Thessalonians 1:9 For they themselves show of us what manner of entrance we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; 10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, who delivered us from the wrath to come.

1 Thessalonians 4:13. But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them who are asleep, that you sorrow not, even as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also who sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

1 Timothy 1:16 However for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all long-suffering, for a pattern to them who should believe on him to life everlasting.

1 Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that you may know how you ought to behave yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

1 Timothy 4:6. If you shall put the brethren in remembrance of these things, you shall be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished by the words of faith and of good doctrine, to which you have attained. 8 For bodily exercise profits little: but godliness is profitable to all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. 10 For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those that believe.

1 Timothy 6:13. I command you in the sight of God, who makes alive all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession; 17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy;

2 Timothy 1:10 But has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has abolished death, and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before the world began;

Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit;

Hebrews 4:3 For we who have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. 4 For he spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God rested the seventh day from all his works. 5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. 9 There remains therefore a rest to the people of God. 10 For he that has entered into his rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from his. 11. Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

Hebrews 7:15 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchizedek there arises another priest, 16 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. 25 Therefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come to God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.

Hebrews 8:8 For finding fault with them, he said, Behold, the days come, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: 13 In that he said, A new covenant, he has made the first old. Now that which decays and grows old is ready to vanish away.

Hebrews 10:19. Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 By a new and living way, which he has consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

James 1:18 Of his own will he has begotten us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

1 Peter 1:3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which lives and abides forever.

1 Peter 2:4. To whom coming, as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God, and precious, 5 You also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 3:18. For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit: 21. The like figure to which even baptism does also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

2 Peter 3:12 Looking for and hastening to the coming of the day of God, in which the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, in which dwells righteousness.

1 John 1:1. That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; 2 (For the life was revealed, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show to you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was revealed to us;)

1 John 2:29 If you know that he is righteous, you know that every one that does righteousness is born of him.

1 John 3:9 Whoever is born of God does not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

1 John 4:7. Beloved, let us love one another: for love is from God; and every one that loves is born of God, and knows God.

1 John 5:1. Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loves him that begot loves him also that is begotten by him. 4 For whoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. 11 And this is the testimony, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life. 13 These things have I written to you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may believe on the name of the Son of God. 18. We know that whoever is born of God sins not; but he that is begotten of God keeps himself, and that wicked one touches him not.

Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

Revelation 1:18 I am he that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Revelation 2:7 He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. 17 He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, which no man knows except he that receives it.

Revelation 3:12 Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Revelation 7:15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sits on the throne shall dwell among them. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17 For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them to living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

Revelation 11:11 And after three days and a half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them who saw them.

Revelation 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Revelation 21:1. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 6 And he said to me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to him that is thirsty of the fountain of the water of life freely.

Revelation 22:1. And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of its street, and on each side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bore twelve kinds of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hears say, Come. And let him that is thirsty come. And whoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Let's look to the Lord to energize us. He is the most energetic person in the universe, just look at how much He is constantly doing, never ceasing, never sleeping nor slumbering. It would be hard to find a list that better describes the needs we experience than the one above. But when we feel these needs, where do we usually go? Let's instead, turn to our Creator. None knows us better. None can better fill of fix us. Let's go to Him today. God is our true source of nourishment. Lets look to Him to nourish us, spirit, soul and body. None of the temporal things of this life can lastingly satisfy us. When we feel voids and needs in our lives, let's look to the only one who can truly satisfy. He will do it if we let Him. The resurrection is not just an event in the past and the future, it is a Person. Jesus said, "I AM the Resurrection and the Life." Let's not just look forward to that event and to Heaven afterward. Let's enjoy our relationship with Jesus now.
